Always helpful staff
I work retail and abhor theives as much as the next person, but there's no reason to be so disrespectful when you have no proof. They know my contact information, if they really thought I was stealing, then they could have done something by now.
This ACE is very good. The service is superb and they always seem to have just what we need for any given home improvement project. The best part is really how good they treat you here. They ask you if you need help and will point you in the right direction! Very nice!

Great place... Just make sure you purchase something every time you stop in, otherwise they'll probably think you're a thief.
It's okay. I'll usually stop here before making the trip to Hanover for anything hardware related. I'd rather pay a bit more to save time and gas. Pricing is a tad more on most things and ridiculous on others. Nice staff.
I have however personally had issues with certain employees who work in the mornings. I live really close, so if I'm looking for something for a project, I'll stop here first. And if they either don't have what I want or it's too expensive, I'll leave and go to Hanover.
I unfortunately avoid stopping here now because of her; Especially during the morning. It sucks, too, because they carry weird odds and ends that other hardware stores don't. Like the plastic panel pins for your car and other odd nuts and bolts I've cherished when fixing things around the house.
Who doesn't love a hardware store. Always clean. Employees always helpful.
This has made them think I am stealing and the one lady will literally follow us around and question my fiance and I what we are doing in the store excessively. Even went so far as to take an item from my hands without permission (an item I had purchased on Amazon and had brought in to match the color), to show to her co-worker and double check that we weren't stealing the item that they don't carry.
